Quesadillas are one of our favorite quick lunches or snacks around here. Hold the lid slightly open until the cheese melts, then dig in! Lift the lid, then add pizza sauce, cheese, and your toppings of choice. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then flip (if desired) and cook for another 2 minutes or so. Spread your pizza dough out on the iron and close the lid. You can make quick and tasty right in your waffle maker!
